1. Prices can change
Prices for any product may change at any time, without notice, for future purchases. The price you actually pay at checkout is the price that governs the purchase or subscription term you bought. A later price change never retroactively changes what you already paid for a term already in force.
2. Subscription rates can change
Subscription rates may increase or decrease over time. As the business grows, we expect to move from free and low-cost delivery routes to paid routes and plans, and rates may be adjusted to match. Any rate change for an active subscription applies starting at your next renewal — never in the middle of a term you already paid for — and will be announced with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers through the selling platform before it takes effect. If you do not accept a new rate, you may cancel before the renewal at the new rate (see Section 7).
3. Products, features, and delivery can change
Features, content, file formats, delivery routes, hosting, and included tools may be added, changed, improved, or retired as products develop. An active subscription includes the updates released for that product during your paid term, plus any update promise stated in that product's own listing. A specific feature is not guaranteed to remain available forever unless the product's listing says so in writing.
4. No guarantee of earnings or results
These products are tools. No product, course, prompt pack, calculator, or software sold under these terms guarantees earnings, revenue, profit, sales, rankings, or any business or personal result. Outcomes depend on your work, your market, and factors outside the seller's control. Any numbers shown in product materials illustrate how a tool works; they are not promises of what you will make.
5. Calculators and estimators are estimating aids
Calculators, estimating tools, templates, and generated documents are estimating aids only. Verify every output against your local building codes, manufacturer specifications, site conditions, and — where the work requires it — a licensed engineer, architect, electrician, or other licensed professional. Nothing sold under these terms is engineering advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for licensed professional judgment.
6. Liability limit
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the seller's total liability for any claim arising out of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product (or, for a subscription, the amount you paid in the term in which the claim arose). The seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost bids, or project delays — arising from use of, or inability to use, a product.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Sales are processed by the selling platform (currently Gumroad), and cancellations and refunds run through that platform's mechanics:
- Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time through your Gumroad library/account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the term you already paid for.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled through Gumroad under Gumroad's own refund policies and process. Where a product's listing states its own refund promise, that stated promise governs that product. Where a listing states no refund promise, Gumroad's standard policies apply.
8. Your purchase is a license, not ownership
All products, content, software, text, art, and materials remain the intellectual property of Wade Lee Brower Jr / W.B. Construction LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product for your own business or personal work. It does not transfer ownership. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or republish the product or its contents — in whole or in part — as your own product, except where a listing expressly grants that right in writing.
9. These terms can be updated
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase or subscription term. Continued renewal of a subscription after a terms update takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms for the new term.
